Eco Amazonia Lodge

Eco Amazonia Lodge is a rustic lodge within an ecological reserve on the banks of the Madre de Dios River, next to Tambopata National Reserve, part of the Amazon, in southeastern Peru.

Accommodation is in one of the lodge’s raised wooden bungalows set in tropical gardens. They have either one large double bed or two double beds.

All meals and activities are included with accommodation, such as to Sandoval Lake, Caiman Cocha, which is often visited by Black Caimanes and Spectacled Caimanes, the Lost Cocha, a lagoon where you could see various types of mammals and birds, and has a spectacular observation platform, a nearby Monkey Island and Lake Apu Victor. Activities with a surcharge include ayahuasca ceremonies.

The lodge features a large indoor swimming pool, games area, bar and hammocks area where you can relax between excursions.

Eco Amazonia Lodge is located about 1.5 hours from Puerto Maldonado by boat.
